You coordinate the completion of the hub: interior fit-out, zone planning, and medical requirements — keeping all strands aligned.
You act as the interface between construction management, the landlord, external service providers, and GoMedicus headquarters.
You plan the opening communications for the region in coordination with the Marketing Office.
You identify potential new physicians and partners for the hub and prepare their onboarding and integration.
You manage daily operations: patient flow, the physician team, and medical staff — structured, solution-oriented, and close to the team.
You coordinate facility management, cleaning, equipment management (MTK/STK), and regulatory requirements.
You implement and actively use digital tools from the GoMedicus stack.
You develop community formats for the region: specialist talks, partnerships with local organizations, and networking events.
You document what works in Reutlingen — and transfer those learnings to additional regional hubs in the Neckar-Alb region.

Background in health management, hotel management, or commercial/business experience in healthcare — mindset matters more than the exact degree
Project management experience: you can structure complex opening processes and coordinate many stakeholders simultaneously
High IT affinity: you learn new digital tools quickly and use them consistently
Strong communication skills across different levels — whether with tradespeople, physicians, or executive management
Ability to work independently — you don’t need someone to tell you the next steps
Valid Class B driver’s license (car)
