Role Overview
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Manage day-to-day office operations such as filing, office supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense claims, and calendar coordination.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated and organized.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics.
Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements
GCE O/A Level & above
Experience as an office administrator, secretary, or relevant administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
