Role Overview
- Oversight and management of an assigned group of Wealth Management Advisors
- Grows and maintains strong client and participant relationships
- Ensures the delivery of a seamless client experience through coaching
- Establish relationships across all touch points to ensure advocacy for client/participant needs
- Ensures client facing advisors are utilizing TIAA’s broad range of resources
- Evaluates and assigns Advisors appropriate books of clients
- Implements appropriate strategies to increase market share
- Assists leaders in charting strategy and direction for the wealth management group
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- FINRA licensing required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or an equivalent combination of Series 63 and Series 65)
- 10+ years preferred
- Active FINRA Series 24 license preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing teams
- Proven ability to develop and grow talent within an organization
