Contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including the GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
Preparing, maintaining required compliance documentation, e.g.: Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
Risk assessments under applicable safety laws
Product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance)
Owning day-to-day compliance tasks:
Standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats)
Contract reviews (NDAs, licenses)
Legal terms updates (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies)
Tracking, researching and analyzing relevant legal developments (e.g., the application of new laws or regulatory guidance to EverAI)

Legal education (e.g., Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, recognized legal certification)
2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or similar positions:
At least 2 years of your experience must be working with contracts, generally, and data protection law, specifically. For example:
You should know what a Data Protection Agreement and Transfer Impact Assessment are, and have some experience preparing them;
You should have experience contacting vendors about contract-related issues.
Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
