Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms
Managing contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including the GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
Preparing and maintaining required compliance documentation, e.g., Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
Managing EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
Conducting risk assessments under applicable safety laws
Performing product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance)
Handling day-to-day compliance tasks, including standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats)
Reviewing legal terms (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies)
Tracking, researching, and analyzing relevant legal developments

Legal education (e.g., Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, recognized legal certification)
2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or similar positions:
At least 2 years of your experience must be working with contracts, generally, and data protection law, specifically.
Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
Interest in AI
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
