Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms
Managing contracts and assessments under data protection law, including GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
Preparing and maintaining required compliance documentation, e.g., internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
Managing EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
Conducting risk assessments under applicable safety laws
Reviewing products and features for consumer rights and data protection compliance
Handling day-to-day compliance tasks including contract reviews (NDAs, licenses), legal terms updates (TOS, Privacy Notices), and tracking relevant legal developments
Regular Check-ins and guidance from our Ethics & Compliance Officer

Legal education (e.g., Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, recognized legal certification)
2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or similar positions
At least 2 years of experience working with contracts and data protection law (e.g., Data Protection Agreements, Transfer Impact Assessment)
Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
Interest in AI
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
