Maintain and update regular operational reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support the collection, tracking, and analysis of operational data
Assist with ongoing projects, including data tracking initiatives and performance monitoring
Support system updates and enhancements by validating data and assisting with testing activities
Assist in IO (Input/Output) migrations, including data preparation, validation, and reconciliation
Perform data cleansing activities to improve data quality and integrity
Respond to data queries from shared inboxes and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data workflows
Ensure data is handled in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics) – desirable
Experience in a data-focused or operations support role – desirable
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) – desirable
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
Basic experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data validation
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (desirable but not essential)
