Acting as an internal SAP Consultant, serving as the interface between the HR department and our technology partners and vendors
Continuously building and applying strategic and technical expertise in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration

Completed education in the field of HR or IT (Technical College/HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
Profound know-how regarding HR processes
Solid and broad understanding of IT technology, with a specific focus on cloud solutions and integration
Knowledge of interface development, specifically the integration of SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
Ideally, initial experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development
Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly
High degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel abroad (3-4 times a year)
