You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their daily operations.
You’ll manage approximately 10–15 meetings per week and be responsible for follow-up to ensure no opportunity is left unresolved.
You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.
You’ll demonstrate our application to chefs in their own environment, showing how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable.
You’ll use our CRM (don’t worry — we’ll train you) and other tools to keep detailed notes on your progress so the whole team can support you.
Requirements
Whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced gastronomy environment — career changers are welcome. Sales internships or part-time customer-facing roles are a strong plus.
You’re energized by being out in the field, entering kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers.
Fluent German (minimum C1) and at least B1 English required.
Must be based in Cologne.
You’re comfortable leading conversations: you listen well, solve problems, and confidently close deals.
