Role Overview
First point of contact for support inquiries across all three agencies
Recording, structuring and prioritizing incoming requests
Coordinating issue handling in close collaboration with the technical team
Ensuring clear and professional communication
Administrative responsibility for support contracts and customer agreements
Monthly monitoring and controlling of support services
Identifying process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Commercial/business education or a comparable qualification
Ideally, experience in the communications sector
Strong sense of responsibility
Structured working style and ability to maintain an overview
Basic technical understanding of web-based solutions
Agency experience is an advantage
Strong command of German and English
Solution-oriented communication
Positive mindset and a sense of humor
