- Recording, structuring and prioritizing incoming requests
- Coordinating issue handling in close collaboration with the technical team
- Ensuring clear and professional communication
- Administrative responsibility for support contracts and customer agreements
- Monthly monitoring and controlling of support services
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Commercial/business education or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in the communications sector
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Structured working style and ability to maintain an overview
- Basic technical understanding of web-based solutions
- Agency experience is an advantage
- Strong command of German and English
- Solution-oriented communication
- Positive mindset and a sense of humor
