Assist in carrying out activities related to the formation, amendments, updates, dissolution and legalization of client companies before public authorities, ensuring smooth operation of activities.
Company formation across different legal entity types.
Various contractual amendments (partner entry/exit, address changes, change of economic activity, conversion of legal entity type).
Processes involving incorporations, demergers (splits), mergers and company closures.
Filing of corporate acts with the competent authorities (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, City Halls, Notary Offices, etc.). Monitoring legislation and assessing the impact of corporate changes for clients.

Previous experience in the legalization/corporate department of an accounting firm.
Knowledge of public agency systems (REDESIM, Federal Revenue Service/Receita Federal, Commercial Registries/Juntas Comerciais, City Halls/Prefeituras).
Organized, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
Experience with more complex processes (transformations, incorporations, demergers).
Ability to advise clients on legal and corporate implications.
