Regulatory compliance & governance analysis, implementation and ongoing monitoring of regulatory requirements, with particular emphasis on DORA.
Group-wide responsibility for additional compliance topics, notably IDD, anti-money laundering (GwG) and ESG
and CO2-related regulation.
Drafting, revising and harmonizing group-wide policies, standards and minimum requirements.
Contributing to the establishment and further development of a regulatory-focused compliance management system.
Managing gap analyses as well as deriving and tracking remediation measures.
Supporting and coordinating audits and handling regulatory inquiries.
Requirements
Degree in law or economics/business administration, or equivalent qualification with a focus on regulation, compliance or governance.
Several years' professional experience in regulatory compliance, legal or risk management — ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., insurance, financial services or consulting).
Solid knowledge of the DORA regulatory framework and practical experience implementing it, especially in governance, ICT risks, third-party/vendor management and reporting processes.
Specialist knowledge in at least one additional regulatory area, such as IDD, GwG/AML-KYC or ESG regulation (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, CO2 disclosure).
Experience developing and implementing policies, controls and risk analyses, as well as in structured management reporting.
Ability to prepare complex regulatory requirements in a clear, structured and practical manner.
Analytical, risk-oriented and independent working style with high quality standards.
Confident presence and persuasive communication in interactions with management levels and business units.
High integrity, reliability and professional handling of sensitive information.
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
