Own the ERP Architecture: You won’t just use ERP; you will optimize it. Automate workflows, streamline the closing process, and reduce manual data entry.
Establish Internal Controls: Design and implement a scalable control framework (checks & balances) suitable for a high-growth environment.
Financial Analysis: Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened." Produce monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and meaningful KPIs for the CFO.
Manage the full booking process: accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and journal entries.
Closing & Reporting: Ensure a timely and accurate monthly/annual close.

Experience: 4+ years in Audit (Big 4) or General Accounting in a fast-paced environment.
The "Builder" Mindset: Proven experience improving a process, implementing a tool, or fixing a broken workflow. You don't wait for instructions; you propose solutions.
Tech Savvy: Strong experience with NetSuite is highly preferred. You are comfortable with ERP systems and data flow.
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of LuxGAAP. (IFRS is a plus).
Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
