Strong technical expertise in NodeJS
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Mastery of architectural best practices: DDD, Design Patterns, SOLID, and Clean Architecture
Experience with automated testing
Experience with Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and monitoring/telemetry tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Practical knowledge and use of AI/GenAI in day-to-day development, solution building, and efficiency improvements, with a genuine interest in agent-based architectures and intelligent automation
Experience working in agile teams
Ability to work autonomously in multifunctional, collaborative environments
Ability to create technical and executive presentations (for business stakeholders)
Availability to provide technical support to operations
Ease in promoting knowledge sharing and team development

Solid, proven experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (advanced expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL)
Strong experience with SFDX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Data Cloud and AgentForce (Salesforce)
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambdas
Prior experience in technical leadership roles
