Create, maintain and optimize training materials in the online classroom.
Mentoring & Support: Support participants as a sparring partner, mentor and point of contact for questions about projects, tools and the bootcamp process.
Organization: Document participants' learning progress and attendance.
Requirements
Passion for product and technology: Enthusiasm for digital products, their design and the application of AI in product design.
Experience with tools: Experience with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma and Sketch; initial experience with AI tools is a plus.
Practical experience: Some professional experience in Product Design (UX/UI); experience in support, mentoring or supervising students/clients—ideally in the education or tech sectors.
Strong communication: Empathy and clarity in video calls, presentations and participant interactions. Ability to communicate and present effectively to different audiences.
Organizational skills: Structured, goal-oriented working style and the ability to keep an overview in dynamic environments.
Technical know-how: Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools.
Willingness to learn: Interest in deepening knowledge in Product Design & Product Management and in building and sharing expertise.
Language skills: Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
