Work in collaboration with the Grant Finance Manager to implement the project’s infrastructure and systems
Manage project implementation finances including cost management, reconciliation of accounts, and reporting
Collaborate with Finance colleagues to streamline project-related financial data
Assist Grant Finance Manager in analyzing project costs and providing financial decision support
Continually evaluate best practices compared to internal systems

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP.
Knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
Strong budgeting and analytical/problem solving skills.
Experience managing project accounting for federal, state, or municipal grants specifically within the public health sector.
