You will be part of the development team responsible for the testing and support of consumers on the Cognitive Platform.
This platform allows customers to interact with Fidelity in natural language driven experiences across all the channels that are important to them.
As part of the team, you will plan, design, implement and execute automated test scenarios to ensure Fidelity customers maintain a quality interaction with the platform.

Requirements
Experience with the following is beneficial Analyzing requirements, identifying gaps, and translating them into testable criteria
Document defects, track issues, and validate resolutions using bug‑tracking systems
Designing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems
Web Services testing experience with Cucumber, Wiremock JSON document (swagger)
Strong technical skills such as SQL, XML/VXML, HTML, JavaScript, Java
Agile development methodology
Ability to read and enhance scripts/code
Education / Certifications are helpful
