10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and API design and development, including RESTful patterns.
Strong experience with UI technologies such as Angular.
Demonstrated leadership experience guiding software engineers and engineering managers.
Extensive experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms, with strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure services.
Strong understanding of platform observability, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational excellence practices for large-scale systems.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
