Collaborate closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global teams.
Design and deliver capabilities that transform the participant and plan sponsor experience.
Connect business strategy, platform capabilities, and delivery execution.
Act as an end‑to‑end analytical integrator.
Provide clarity, structure, and recommendations for cross‑team initiatives.
Identify, communicate, and resolve blockers across business, operations, technology, and global partners.

10+ years of experience operating across product development, product management, or product strategy.
Strong foundation in business analysis.
Experience within financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
Rapidly learn complex business and technical domains.
Challenge assumptions, uncover root causes, and translate ambiguity into structured insight.
Break down large, multi‑team initiatives into logical components, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
Orchestrate iterative product delivery across multiple squads and platforms.
Lead discovery, define current/future states, and craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
