Role Overview
lead charitable planning efforts across the Pacific Northwest
expand Fidelity Charitable’s presence and impact by engaging with financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, and corporate professionals
help clients integrate charitable giving into their comprehensive wealth management strategies
influence and operationalize charitable planning strategies across a diverse network of intermediaries
deliver sophisticated consultation and analysis on tax-advantaged giving strategies, complex asset donations, and philanthropic planning
drive adoption of the Charitable Investment Advisor Program, generating referrals, and supporting client retention
collaborate with internal partners and specialist teams to enhance divisional processes and identify new opportunities for growth
make strategic decisions based on long-term trends and business implications
lead cross-functional initiatives and manage resources across multiple work/project groups
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or designation (CAP®, CFP®) preferred.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in field sales and strategic planning.
Deep expertise in tax, legal, and investment principles related to charitable planning.
Proven ability to solve complex problems with functional and process implications.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to influential audiences.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact.
High aptitude for learning, adaptability, and strategic decision-making.
