Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program.
Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members
Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts
Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule
Hosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers
Traveling to customer on-sites as needed (~40%)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
