Develop HR tools to assist leaders to be more effective people leaders
Partner with Managing Director and other functional heads and provide HR advice, coaching, support and services for them and their team
Coach and support managers to handle counselling and disciplinary matters including non-performance
Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to keep the Philippines business up to date with legislative requirements and manage risk for the business
Increase the bench strength of the business through targeted recruitment and relevant retention strategies
Effectively deploy performance management and reward processes and practices to drive desired performance results
Assist the leaders to drive a high-performance culture in the business
Report on relevant legislative and other HR requirements
Act as a change agent by providing support and resources to move the organization forward to achieve strategic business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
8-10 years relevant experience
Experience and knowledge in a variety of areas in Human Resources such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, engagement, career development and performance management
