Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding deal structuring, pricing and best practices.
Review and approve sales proposals and contracts for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies (e.g., pricing, terms and conditions).
Provide guidance on complex business scenarios, non-standard terms and pricing exceptions, recommending solutions aligned with partnership strategy and Value Management guidelines that balance partner needs with company objectives.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate Deal Desk processes to improve efficiency and reduce sales cycle time.
Develop and maintain Deal Desk policies, procedures and best-practice documentation.
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Act as a bridge between Sales, Value Management, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure continuous progression of deals.
Provide training and support to the sales team on Deal Desk processes and policies.
Develop and maintain reports on Deal Desk metrics, including opportunity volume, cycle time, use of commercial levers and approval rates.
Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Experience: Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance or a similar analytical role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Languages: Intermediate to advanced English required for daily use in a global environment.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Salesforce.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
