Own the full sales cycle
from hunting to farming
find and open new leads, qualify, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage forecasts and sales activity using CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals adapted to the Italian market context.
Understand client needs and position Wellz as a strategic mental wellbeing solution for organizations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Support selected Customer Success activities when needed during the initial phase of the Italian operation, helping ensure a strong early customer experience.
Share market insights and client feedback to continuously improve the sales approach, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements
A startup mindset with hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
Native or fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions is nice to have.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is nice to have.
Familiarity with the Italian HR or employee benefits ecosystem is nice to have.
