Promote worker health and protect employee integrity in the workplace, while ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Instruct employees on safety regulations and workplace hazards, including measures to eliminate and mitigate risks; implement occupational accident prevention programs with worker participation, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes.
Investigate and analyze workplace accidents that occur within the company.
Specify, recommend, request and inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment, and fire-fighting equipment; carry out scheduled and unscheduled safety inspections in all locations where TSA provides services.
Monitor field activities.
Conduct and deliver trainings on safety and workplace quality of life; refer employees for medical examinations and manage records; develop and monitor the PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program), and support the PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program) and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention).
Manage the mobilization and demobilization process of employees on the client's site.
Requirements
Knowledge of ISO 45001
Proficiency in safety standards
Knowledge of basic first aid and inspection of fire extinguishers and PPE

Valid Category B driver's license.
