Engineering Leadership & Execution: Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization, driving predictable delivery, strong execution practices, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Security, and Data.
Developer Experience & Productivity: Build self-service platform capabilities and invest in tooling (CI/CD, internal platforms) to improve developer productivity and accelerate time-to-market.
Reliability, DevOps & Operational Excellence: Champion DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring high system availability, observability, and continuous improvement in incident management and operational processes.
AI-Driven Infrastructure & Automation: Leverage AI/ML and automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and proactive operations.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure robust security, privacy, and compliance standards through best practices, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
Vendor & Cost Management: Manage vendor partnerships while driving cost optimization, capacity planning, and efficient resource utilization.

Requirements
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), distributed systems, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes).
Proven experience leading and scaling platform or infrastructure engineering teams in high-growth or complex environments.
Strong track record of implementing DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices at scale.
Experience building internal platforms and developer tooling that significantly improve productivity and reliability.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
Experience managing large-scale systems with high availability, security, and compliance requirements.
