Accounting data extraction and reconciliation; Labor and cost transfer submittals.
Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting.
Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; manpower planning; forecasting; and reporting.
Develop briefing package of program financial status to be presented to the Customer.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Current and active TS/SCI clearance.
Ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Ability to manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.
Strong attention to detail and work quality.
Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.
Experience with APEX / PRISM, knowledgeable in working with SAP.
Experience in performing cost control and analysis functions on U.S. Government contracts.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
