Structuring and review of Wealth and Succession Planning (PPS)
Formation and reorganization of family and corporate holding companies
Corporate reorganizations with tax impact (spin-offs, mergers/incorporations, capital reorganizations)
Participation in M&A transactions, including coordinating due diligence processes and drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements
Analysis of corporate structures from tax and asset perspectives
Preparation of legal opinions and memoranda on complex corporate matters

Law degree
Proven experience in Corporate Law
Practical experience in Wealth and Succession Planning (PPS) and holding companies
Ability to provide strategic advice on structures with tax implications
