Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, payroll specialists, and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to senior management.
Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards.
Provide regular and accurate project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.
