Responsible for the technical leadership of teams and projects in structural and civil engineering
Technical oversight of the civil engineering team
Resolving complex structural engineering challenges
Mentoring and guidance for senior and junior engineers, and coordination with lead engineers and designers
Ensuring compliance with, and continuous improvement of, discipline procedures and standards
Supporting the Discipline Manager with interviews and workforce/personnel planning

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 15 years of professional experience with large contractors or engineering consultancies, focusing on EPC projects
Extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for complex civil and structural projects
Strong knowledge of common civil and structural engineering software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD)
Excellent knowledge of standards, codes, and regulations applicable in the EMEA region
Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
