Lead implementations of new benefits, as well as supplier transitions and policy reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and business needs.
Conduct studies, analyses and simulations to support leadership decision-making, considering financial, strategic and employee-impact factors.
Develop, monitor and analyze quantitative benefits metrics to support tracking of results, efficiency and opportunities for improvement.
Work in partnership with internal areas (e.g., Compensation, Communications, Legal, Finance and other business units) to design improvements, projects and campaigns related to benefits.
Perform benchmarking with companies and market practices to identify trends, innovations and opportunities to enhance the benefits offered.
Prepare communications, informational materials and policy documents, ensuring clarity, accurate communication and effective dissemination to employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in benefits management, at both operational and strategic levels.
Experience with benefits implementations is considered an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting with internal teams and vendors.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good logical reasoning and analytical skills for data handling, analyses and studies.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience analyzing health plan claims and utilization (sinistrality).
