Project experience: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects, from scope definition through implementation and evaluation of results.
Map and analyze existing workflows, documenting current processes (AS-IS) and proposing optimized processes (TO-BE).
Facilitate workshops and improvement events with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes of problems and build statistical views of variation and correlation, among others, to support client decision-making.
Manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives, prioritizing based on objectives and considering impact and effort.
Promote continuous improvement concepts among employees, acting as a change agent.
Prepare executive presentations with results, savings, and the impact of improvements.

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methods: methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality management tools.
Management Tools: experience with project management tools, as well as data analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint and BI.
Proficiency in quality tools: knowledge of tools such as flowcharts, histograms, control charts and other techniques for process analysis and improvement such as DEMAIC, PDCA and 5S.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Bachelor's degree (completed).
