Special Education Case Manager

Role Overview

• Provide instruction, support, and guidance in a virtual environment
• Develop compliant IEP’s, progress reports, and other required documentation
• Facilitate and lead collaborative special education meetings
• Ensure appropriate therapies are provided as per IEP
• Collect data and monitor student progress towards IEP goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active state teaching license
• Ability to clear required background check
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers
• Receptive to receiving coaching on a regular basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
