Develop and produce video lessons for distance-learning (EAD) courses
Write scripts, review, and adapt content for teleprompter delivery
Supervise and/or conduct studio recordings, ensuring fluent and natural on-camera communication
Prepare briefs for images and visual content in partnership with the design team
Ensure the final quality of video lessons and course visual elements
Maintain regular interaction with stakeholders and partner teams
Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to established schedules
Use Microsoft Office tools to develop and organize content

Experience as a mid-level Instructional Designer, with a portfolio of developed courses
Experience scripting video lessons
Experience creating briefs for images, including interactive assets
Experience or ease with recording video lessons (teleprompter use, clear diction, and natural delivery)
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Editorial Production, Educational Technology, or related fields
Residence in São Paulo or the metropolitan area
Availability to work in a hybrid model and for occasional travel
