Lead stakeholder discussions to identify and verify ownership of privileged credentials across systems.
Manage the onboarding, vaulting, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts and credentials.
Support and enhance PAM solutions, ensuring secure and compliant access controls.
Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to design and implement privileged access policies and procedures.
Analyze and troubleshoot IAM and PAM system issues, recommending improvements or remediation.
Prepare technical documentation and reports reflecting credential usage, compliance status, and risk assessments.
Stay current with industry best practices and evolving PAM technologies to inform continuous improvement.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Extensive experience working with IAM platforms, particularly with PAM tools and processes.
Strong understanding of privileged credential management, vaulting, and rotation practices.
Excellent facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on credential ownership and access controls.
Experience integrating and supporting PAM solutions in complex IT environments.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
