Work with business users, Finance teams, and stakeholders to understand functional needs.
Conduct workshops to capture business requirements for financial processes (AP, AR, GL, AA, Banking, etc.).
Document functional specifications, process flows, and system designs.
Configure SAP S/4HANA FI components including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting (BAM/BCM), Automatic Payment, Financial Closing Cockpit.
Integration with Other Modules and manage cross-module integration such as automatic account determination and order-to-cash/procure-to-pay flows.
Prepare test scripts and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT.
Validate system changes and troubleshoot issues during testing cycles.
Resolve user tickets, troubleshoot configuration issues, and provide day-to-day support.
Create functional documents, SOPs, and training materials.
