Support Government activities in Annapolis Junction, MD or Sterling, VA
Design and define system architecture and system design documentation for new or existing computer systems
Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities
Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly
Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline + 8 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
Experience increasing the scope of SharePoint indexing to external sources and improving relevance of search results
Experience managing SharePoint Online
Experience managing SharePoint on-premises infrastructure and applications
Experience with implementing SharePoint security and access controls
Knowledge of best practices like role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and data loss prevention (DLP) policies
Strong knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate for business process automation
Experience creating and customizing SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and content management features
Experience in back-end programming languages, i.e. Python, JavaScript, Java, Perl, Ruby, C++, etc.
