Build close relationships with hiring managers to understand the desired technical and behavioral profile for each role.
Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare structured evaluation reports.
Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable profile according to role types (operational, strategic), including administering assessments and supporting administrative routines such as pre-employment medical exams, offer letters, and internal inquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection across all hierarchical levels;
Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments;
Experience recruiting for commercial (sales/business) roles;
