Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum three years experience in advancement/fundraising.
Relevant experience in project management, advancement services, fundraising operations within a complex advancement environment preferred.
Significant relevant experience in prospect management, advancement services, fundraising operations, or a related function, preferably within a complex advancement environment.
Experience working with comprehensive contact management or fundraising database systems such as Blackbaud CRM, or similar platforms.
Experience with prospect management and/or fundraising experience considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to advise on prospect strategy and use data from multiple sources to make sound recommendations.
Experience planning and implementing projects, including developing schedules, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
Experience managing multiple priorities and projects with competing timelines.
Experience preparing reports and analysis from multiple data sources.
Experience developing and delivering training, guidance documents, or related end-user resources.
Strong computer skills, including experience analyzing data in a complex CRM database and advanced fluency in spreadsheet work.
Ability to provide consultative advice on data requirements and explain processes clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Proven training and coaching skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions to achieve shared goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, spelling, and grammar skills.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Knowledge of and commitment to professional ethics and appropriate guidelines and policies.
