Draft internal calendar invitations and post-event surveys
Maintain and update the Communications and Webinar Calendars
Manage translation requests (AI and Versacom)
Coordinate compliance review submissions and workflows (RedOak)
Coordinate national webinar requests and scheduling
Draft internal communications for review and approval
Maintain and update SharePoint content
Provide meeting and event support, including Slido management, slide progression, and technical coordination
Create basic visual assets and templates using PowerPoint and Brand Hub
Support metrics reporting, including email open rates, click-through rates, and webinar attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum four years’ experience in communications management, consulting and/or project management.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all company functional areas, management levels, and various types of external vendors and agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong proofreading skills are essential.
Exceptional attention to detail is critical.
Ability to juggle many projects and work within tight time constraints is a must.
Financial services industry experience is considered a strong asset but is not required.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; proficiency in both languages required if in Québec.
