Build, lead, and manage a diverse Medical Imaging Technologist team
Guide collaborative efforts between teams
Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, staff, suppliers and other healthcare providers in the community
Perform digital mammography examinations
Perform radiological examinations according to prescriptions and protocols
Verify and review images for technical accuracy and completeness
Collaborate directly with radiologists
Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Minimum 5 years’ experience of digital mammography experience
Proven leadership skills, including: team building, results driven, accountability dexterity
Ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Medical Radiation Technology from an accredited institution
Certified in mammography by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
Experience in breast ultrasound procedures
Possess advanced proficiency with EMR and PACS/Radiology Information Systems
Maintain current Basic Life Support (CPR training) for healthcare providers certification
