Requirements
Experience leading or supervising a team.
A background in professional services (accountancy/legal/etc.) and supporting fee‑earning teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
A collaborative, proactive mindset, you love making things better.
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
A good grip on Microsoft Office and comfort working with sensitive information.
Bonus points for: experience with CRM/workflow platforms (like Salesforce), supporting service lines such as Audit or Tax, and any project‑management qualifications.
