Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders (primarily in the United States).
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for business and functional needs.
- Translate client needs into user stories, use cases, and clear functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and scope definition sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities during the discovery phase.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements

Desired Profile
- Seniority: Senior (5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant).
- Strong experience in Discovery, Requirements Gathering, and Business Analysis.
- Experience working with international clients (preferably US-based stakeholders).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead sessions with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive and self-driven.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong background in functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- General understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments.
Additional Requirements
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Valid visa and passport (mandatory).
- Availability to travel frequently to the United States.
- Location: Mexico (Mexico Only).
- Work model: Remote with travel to the United States.
