Role Overview
- Develop and maintain technical solutions while meeting business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the development of test strategies and contribute hands‑on to testing efforts.
- Provide technical support to business and testing teams throughout testing phases.
- Participate in production support activities, incident investigation, and scheduled on‑call rotations.
Requirements
- University or post-graduate degree
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Strong skills and working experience in mainframe MVS, TSO, COBOL, JCL, Mainframe utilities, Endevor, CA-7, MQ and databases such as DB2 and IMS DB/DC
- Extensive hands‑on experience with mainframe application development, including both online and batch processing in a production environment.
- Advanced understanding of business processes, technical environments, standards, controls, and operating procedures.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in at least one technical discipline.
