Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end Power BI reporting solutions
Own the monthly market and performance reporting cycle
Deliver monthly performance deep‑dives highlighting execution quality, KPI progress, and root causes of under‑ or over‑performance
Support target setting, forecasting, and incentive tracking with robust, traceable data

5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or sales performance roles
Advanced Power BI expertise (data modelling, DAX, performance optimization, UX principles)
Strong commercial acumen with ability to connect data insights to revenue, margin, and execution outcomes
Experience presenting complex analysis clearly and confidently to senior commercial stakeholders
Curious, structured thinker with strong drive to improve how data supports business decisions
Python skills are a nice to have, but not mandatory
