Requirements
Instructional design experience
proven experience designing outcome-first learning experiences and following instructional design best practices. Familiar with ADDIE method or similar.
Content authoring
comfortable building course content, whether in an LMS itself or tools like Articulate, Rise, or equivalent.
Presentation design
building clean, effective slide decks for live sessions (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Project & calendar management
coordinating a live learning calendar across multiple stakeholders and topics.
Writing & editing
translating subject matter expert input into clear, learner-friendly content. Comfortable using AI but knows how to revise its output thoroughly to maintain accuracy, quality standards, and human touch.
