Work on activities related to the research and innovation area linked to projects involving the development of processes and materials in the polymers and textile yarns sectors.
Continuously report progress, successes, challenges and results to the manager.
Critically assess the quality of obtained results and propose improvements to the researcher.
Organize activities and ensure the maintenance and orderly management of the laboratory.
Mentor interns and/or staff regarding laboratory procedures, providing necessary technical support.
Actively participate in the scientific community and monitor new technologies to enhance knowledge of relevant scientific information.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Materials).
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an industrial or research & innovation environment.
Intermediate English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of PPE and ability to use it according to workplace indications and signage.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Confidence, organizational skills and creativity.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
