Lead financial tracking and performance oversight across RISE implementation workstreams
Ensure alignment of budget, resource utilization, and financial reporting with implementation milestones and program objectives
Provide visibility into financial performance, identifying risks, and enabling data-driven decision-making using budget trackers, resource utilization reports, and financial performance dashboards
Monitor labor hours, track expenditures against planned budgets, and ensure accurate reporting in alignment with contract requirements and implementation timelines
Integrate financial data into broader program reporting and work closely with program leadership, workstream leads, and functional liaisons
Support identification and mitigation of financial risks, monitor variances, and recommend efficiency and resource allocation improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in federal financial management or program financial oversight
Experience developing and managing budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking tools
Experience supporting program management, reporting, and governance processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) initiatives (desired)
Familiarity with federal healthcare environments and transformation programs (desired)
Experience supporting labor hour contract financial tracking and reporting (desired)
Certification such as PMP, CPA, or similar relevant credential (desired)
