Support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by providing process analysis, improvement, and implementation support.
Document current and future-state workflows, conduct stakeholder interviews, and analyze operational processes, staffing models, and governance structures.
Develop assessment tools, collect baseline operational, workforce, and financial data to support readiness assessments.
Apply business process reengineering methodologies to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.
Monitor progress toward Full Operating Capability (FOC), track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
6 years of relevant experience, including managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide healthcare processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related program, such business administration, engineering, or healthcare administration.
Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
