Lead all aspects of task order execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery of services in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards.
Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and HEFP leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and quality assurance measures.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering program support, data analytics, business process improvement, and EHR modernization activities.
Provide executive-level briefings, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management within federal or healthcare environments.
